I’ve spent 30 years navigating the wild world of P&C—helping people protect their homes, cars, businesses, and the occasional “wait, that was covered?” It’s part detective work, and part problem-solving.

When I’m not buried in coverage forms, you’ll find me deep in real estate rabbit holes: scrolling listings, visioning renovations, and occasionally talking myself out of (or into) impulse buys.

Houses, markets, neighborhoods, “what if I flipped this?” energy—it’s pure hobby mode and I love every second of it.

Basically: I help people protect what they own… and then go home and fantasize about owning (and improving) more of it.

Nico Buccieri

Nico joined the agency in 2020 just before the Covid-19 pandemic shutdown office spaces. It was a very interesting time for a career change. Coming from the banking industry, Nico enjoyed helping members save money by refinancing their vehicle loans and educating members about the importance of financial security like having an emergency fund.

Nico earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Merrimack College. He enjoys giving back to the communities around him by volunteering his time with local New Hampshire Lions Clubs. During the holiday season, Nico runs Paramount's toy drive, where the agency selects a different organization to donate over 100 toys to those in need.

When not in the office, Nico and his wife Hannah enjoy going on a cruise and planning their next adventure!

Hello, my name is Veronica! I'm from Manchester, NH and I have been with the company for over a year and a half now. I'm a proud mom of two, and outside of work I like going on walks, spending time with my kids and doing fun activities together. I enjoy being part of the team and look forward to learning and growing!

Adrianna Buccieri

Adrianna joined the agency in 2025 and quickly immersed herself in the ins and outs of the business while building meaningful relationships with our clients. She studied at Merrimack College, where she was also a member of the Track & Field team.

Outside of the office, Adrianna enjoys relaxing with her fiancé and their labradoodle, Beau. She’s always up for an at-home DIY project and never turns down a little retail therapy!
